  • Partial refund if the order is in progress, based on completion percentage
  • Quality-based refunds if the delivered work doesn't meet the specified requirements
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of order completion

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for refund
  3. Submit any supporting documentation
  4. Allow up to 5-7 business days for review

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Order requirements were changed after work completion
